Does the thought of composing a high-stakes essay in 30 minutes make you anxious? Do you want to know more about the GRE Analytical Writing section? If so, come to the Writing Center’s workshop on Tackling the GRE Analytical Writing Test. This workshop will give you strategies to complete the writing portion of the GRE successfully.
The first part of the workshop will feature an overview of the two required GRE essays, what to expect on exam day, and tips on how to earn a high score on these 30-minute timed essays. For the second part of the workshop, you will examine models of successful GRE essays with support from a Writing Center tutor.
